    Friday bench 510 for 2x4 video

    This is Intensification Block II, seven weeks out. I'll probably post vid once more before my meet on 3/31/12 (I don't want to hog the board with my vids). Just wanted to show vid from Monday and Friday. Block has a ton of volume. 510 has never felt so heavy. This work will pay off.

    Scott, I have learned a lot from my training partner Brian who wrote my program. I have also been doing a bunch of research on the net. I have not found a one stop site/article that makes it all clear, at least for me.
