    Incline Bench Dumbell Rows

    Can someone explain the grip for this exercise. Palms facing each other or palms down??? Its from the most recent Back article.

    I don't think it matters too much, might be best to just do whats comfortable. The ExRx exercise instruction shows palms facing, so I'd probably do that.

    I think palms facing in is easier and more comfortable.
