I was just wondering what i can do to work out my wrists.
Especially for armwrestles.
Seems to me that arm wrestling is more delts than anything, but i could be wrong.

Arm wrestling uses loads of muscles, such as the biceps, triceps, lats, delts, and as you say, forearm muscles. (I think.)

The last time i arm wrestled a guy ( 2 weeks ago ) i noticed the majority of stress was placed on the delts, like you said also there are lots of muscles involved.
