315 lb bench press for 3 reps weighing about 171 lbs. 20 yrs old. I'm alot heavier now than I have been. This was the first time I ever did 3 plates. felt good so I went to 325 and did 1 rep right after this (no video). I am guessing my 1 rep max around 335. Maybe 325 with a pause?
Last June I weighed around 150 and cut to 148lb class with raw competition lifts of
415 lb deadlift
265 lb bench
345 lb squat
Not the best video but I am looking for advice on setup or anything else you can see. All info and comments appreciated.
