After my back day last week, the skin on one of my hands was a bit raw. Today after doing SLDLs on my leg day I ripped a chunk of skin off my hand. Do you guys think I could just use some generic white medical tape to keep the injury from bothering me and prevent it from getting any worse during my future workouts? Also, is there anything I can do to avoid this type of injury from now on? Maybe some type of lotion or something?
