I've been following the routine you told me, and I was wondering....ok, for my back I did:
1 set (palms in) pullups x 3 reps (all i could do)
-(palms in) pulldowns
-(palms out, wide grip) pulldowns
1 set of db rows
2 sets of long cable rows
I put in the palms in pulldowns and pullups because it allows me to use more weight, just wondering if that sounds good to you.
The grip thing is fine. Did I provide that exact routine? If I did, I think I might have recommended a tad much. I would either not do the supersets and just pick one of the exercises for 2 sets (1 of the 2 superset exercises), or drop it down to 1 or possibly 2 supersets, not 3.
I believe you recommended 2, but I kinda like to do 3.
Lol, well, fair enough. If it works, then do it. If you start to feel overtrained, cut it back a tad.
