Got back into the gym this week! Happy about that but this gym is regular old health club! But non the less I have a bench and a power rack to work with! No bands or chains so i'm just looking for a good workout routine to get stronger! I doubt i will get into any equipment for some time! Any advice on a routine would be great!
531 if your solo with minimal equipment is a great place to start.

Get the second edition of 5/3/1. It is great and lots of good ideas on assitance work.
im doing 531 w the boring but big template. Im just about to finish college and if I could go back in time, theres no doubt I would do it the whole time I was in school. Theres plenty of time to overcomplicate your workout, but if your a newish lifter, hitting the main lifts frequently w reasonable weight works really good. And the best part is you dont need any equipment for it.

There's actually a 5/3/1 app too if you want that. I don't think you can edit the assistance exercises though.
