Yeah I made the mistake of looking ahead and saw that 95% week. That should be interesting... Haha. Looking forward to it though.

    Wednesday 9/5/12 - Bench

    Bench:
    135x8
    135x5
    185x3
    225x3
    275x2
    Working Sets
    315(90%) x 2 x 3 sets

    Barbell Rows:
    185x10 x 5 sets

    Illegal Wide-Grip Bench:
    185x12 x 4 sets

Body Weight Neutral Grip Chins/Dbell Curls Superset:
    10/10
    10/10
    10/10

Pretty good day. Started a new job and still training clients after work so I'm putting in some long days but so far I feel pretty good regardless. Hit some wide grip benches to hit my chest a little more. I need another inch there for some decreased ROM. Lol.

    Friday 9/7/12 - Squat

    Squat:
    135x10
    135x5
    225x3
    275x3
    315x3
    added belt
    365x1
    Working Sets (added wraps)
    405(85%) x 3 x 5 sets

    Front Squats:
    225x5
    225x5
    225x5
    225x5

All I had time for today was the two movements but it was still a great workout. My squat continues to feel better than ever. Before I would start hitting singles at 405 and now I am repping it for multiple sets. My jeans are getting tight!

I'm kind of built the opposite. Short armed. My bench still isn't great though.

I weighed right before I hit the gym today and it said 189. Thats probably 1-2 pounds over a morning weigh in but its climbing never the less.

    Saturday 9/8/12 - Bench Assistance

Bench (Index On Rings, 45 seconds rest between sets):
    205x10
    205x10
    205x10
    205x8

    Weighted Chins:
    bw + 45 x 5 x 7 sets

    Military Press:
    95x10
    95x10
    95x10

    Dbell Bench:
    70x12
    70x12
    70x12

    EZ Bar Skulls:
    70x10
    70x10
    70x10
    70x10

Pretty good day. Some of my local lifting buddies have told me I need alot more thickness in my back hence all the back work I've been doing. I moved my grip out on my fast sets of bench from ROR to IOR and it was amazing how many more reps I got obviously because of the decreased range of motion. Its got me wondering....anyone ever have any success with a very wide grip? Thoughts on moving my grip out? Bad for the pecs?

I know some people that bench wide and are good at it. IMO, I don't like it. I'll stick with POR as long as I can. If you do choose to bench wide, I would work it in slow. Get those pecs use to the wide benching. But personally, I would stay where your at.

You reach your limits faster and stay stuck the more wider your grip imo, the moderate grip is better in the overall scheme as far as I'm concerned.

The day with your squats is tight guy.

    Monday 9/10/12 - Deadlift

    Deadlift:
    135x5
    135x3
    225x3
    315x3
    405x3
    added belt
    440(85%) x 3 x 5 sets

    Weighted GHR:
    BW + 25 x 10 x 4 sets

    Weighted Situps:
    BW + 25 x 10 x 5 sets

This was all I had time for today. My form is pretty off on my pulls lately. 4th set was definitely the best out of the 5. It flew off the ground. The rest were so-so.
