I like benching ROR, but I don't feel comfortable pressing off my chest from that grip under heavy weight. So I do POR and my close grip is usually thumb length from the smooth, so it's not much of a difference.

    Wednesday 5/30/12 - DE Lower

    DE Free Squats:
    250 + light band x 2 x 12 sets

    DE Sumo Pulls:
    315 + 50 pounds chain x 1 x 7 sets

    Farmers Carrys:
    200 each hand x 120 feet (pause at 60 feet) x 3 sets

    GHR:
    25 x 10
    25 x 10
    25 x 10

Great day. Squats and pulls were fast and form felt on. Farmers were pretty brutal but ALOT of fun. Had three of us today so it was a bit of a competitive relay. Did not use straps so felt good about myself, Haha. For an update, bodyweight is down a bit. Sitting right at 180 in the morning so gonna try to pack on a few in the next 2 months. I like to cut down from around 185-187 rather than stay light.
