    My Private Training Facility

Thought you guys would like this! I opened up in December. I've been running my own training business for 3 years. Finally took that big leap and got my own place!

    Here it is from scratch.

Here is a video I made shortly after we opened. Things are a lot more organized now but this is the most recent video I have.

This is the equipment list off the top of my head.
    Two Power Racks
    Reverse Hyper
    Prowler
    Sled
    Kettlebells
    DB's from 5-100lbs
    Oly bay
    Oly Rings
    Bench Bar
    Saferty Squat bar
    Deadlift Bar
    Deadlift Platform
    Plyo boxes
    45 degree extension
    Fly machine
    Leg extension
    Lat pull
    Dual Cable Stack
    Forza Bench press
    sling shot
    Foam rollers
    Agility Cones
    Agility Latter
    Tons of cable attachments
    Bumper plates 10's 25's 35's 45's-Tons!
    Slosh Pipe
    Wheel Barrow
    Trap Bars
    Farmer Walk bar
    Hammer strength calve platform
    Hammer strength preacher platform
a few hundred lbs of chains
    Recumbent Bike
    Treadmill
    Decline Crunch platform
    Punching Bag
    Balance beam
    Ez-Bars
    Dip Platform
    concept Row
    Sand Bags
    Jump stretch platform
    Jump stretch bands
    Plyo station
    battling ropes
That's just off the top of my head.

Some pictures working on the place. Seriously a ridiculous amount of work. A lot harder then I thought.... Loading cable stacks, weights, machines, platforms etc putting them in the gym and assembling them is no joke.

Looks awesome. Wish there were more places like that around here.
I travel to SLC every Xmas to visit my wife's family.
Will you guys offer guest passes etc.? Or more of a team training atmosphere/personal training facility?

Thanks guys! May possibly get a monolift extension installed in the white power rack. Yes I'm located in Salt Lake City. My gym is not open to the public, its private for my clientele. But you guys are welcome to come lift with my crew and I here when you are around! Just send me a message on here when you're in town!

Marketing this gym has been going really well. My niche is going against the grain of the mainstream health and fitness industry and making myself completely different than a golds gym, ballys, etc. If I can get someone through the doors in here my close rate is 90%+ so far.

I've got a monolift attachment for sale that would work perfectly in that rack. Send me an email at zwhalen0@gmail.com if you have any interest, I'd make you a really good deal.
