    PR - 495 Deadlift

    So towards the top of the lockout, the bar stuck to my legs from the humidity in the room. I should have at least chalked or powdered my thighs if I was going to wear those shorts (my excuse for the leg movement at the end).

    Didn't except to even get this off the floor to be honest. My buddy recording said 455 looked quick, so he jokingly challenged me to 495. Challenge accepted.
