Right now im on a cut but I hope to be done with that in 8-12 weeks. After that I want to bulk up to try the local strongman compitition's next year.
Is there a good routine for pure strenght that is geared towards strongman?
I do have a sled and tire at home I plan on using for this (used it some last summer) but im looking more into a weight room training program for pure strenght.
Right now im at 5'10" 180lbs but am cutting down to 165-170.
I was thinking of a program that can keep me in the weight room 3 days a week and be outside doing tire flipping, sleds, farmer walk ect atleast 1 day a week.
