    I hope so, man!

    85% squats
    warmup x4
    280 x10 sets of 3
followed by a few sets of narrow leg presses

Had a few days off this past weekend, so I was able to go see my new godson for the first time! Crazy how my friends are married and having kids, etc... that shit seems way far away for me!

That's awesome, Bako. They are great, but I think I'm too immature to be having one anytime soon, lol.

    ME DL
    warmup x4
    315 x2
    365 x1
    405 x1
    425 x1
    435 x1
    315 x3
    225 x5
followed by DB rows, cable rows, machine side laterals, machine rear delts, and some gunz work.

Past week has been fairly busy for me. I moved most of my shit down to GA in my new place (which is sweet!) and have been staying with a friend for the past week since I rented out my condo to someone. I hadn't checked my journal in a bit, so I thought my last ME DL was 430, which is why I went for 435... forgot it was only 415, lol. I was wondering why 435 felt so heavy to me! I'm surprised I got it, since my nutrition has been out the window this past week.

Luna, Cards, Terry, and HJP: Thanks a lot, bros.

    ME squats
    warmup x4
    315 x1
    325 x1
    335 x1
    225 x5
followed by leg presses and some DB curlz.

Really excited for the 335 today, especially since I was a little hungover from last night, haha. It definitely felt heavy to me, though.

Yeah, not sure why, either... pretty shitty diet the past week or so. I'm not complaining.

    Thanks, bro.

    ME bench
    warmup x4
    275 x1
    295 x1
    305 x1
    225 x10
followed by some decline CGBPs and front DB delt raises.

Fuck yeah. I knew when 295 went up fairly easily that I'd get the 305. Was going to go for 310 but decided I was happy enough for the day. I was thinking of not MEing today since my diet has been shit.... glad I did!

    Thanks, fellas.

    85% squats
    285 x10 sets of 3
supersetted with some heavier machine preacher curlz

Last few sets seemed heavy, but overall not a problem. Still making some solid progress with the weights overall, which I'm happy about. The girl I was dating for a few weeks ended up being psycho... but I shouldn't have expected much given the fact that she was a blonde bartender. Note to self...
Also did some conventional DLs with 315 two days ago, but didn't really think they were worth mentioning.
