this is the second time in the last month that while doing pull ups I hurt my neck.
I would say it is about 1.5in left of my spine lower neck area and goes up in a line from there.
Hurts to move head ect....
Keep your chin down against your breastbone. This is a "neutral" position, and it is very difficult to injure your neck if you keep it there.
Thanks I will try next time keeping head down, I usually keep my head up or back I guess I tend to look at the bar for some reason.
