Every Time I start a program, or try and follow my own... I get tore down and wk, Low Volume or High Volume/ Intensity...

When I just do my thing, workout, hit some wk points, jump around on my Core lifts going by feel.... I make gains...
Sometimes Heavy, sometimes skipping them and replacing them with other lifts....

I hear people say You got to have a plan... plans never ever work for me.. and I just wonder if anyone else is like this...I feel like I AM DOING SOMETHING WRONG, if I dont have a plan....

Are there any good lifters out there that lift like this...
