    hollow pullups?

    anyone heard of this concept, hollow pull ups?
    guy seems intelligent but is this quackery or is he on to something?

    are you doing gymnastics? he's talking specifically of gymnastics moves that require great amounts of strength, and yes you are in that hollow position for them, and i believe he is correct. he never said to not do normal pull ups either.
