diets, what to eat, when to eat ect ect

i am too lazy to follow some of the insane diets out there. does anyone know where i can find some simple diets to fit an 18 years schedule..eating 4-5 times a day, not a ton of time to sit down and cook a meal besides breakfast and supper. and what are the best times to eat? this would be so helpful for me because nutrition is my weakest area.

I don't have time to step away and cook all the time either. Cook your food the night before or the morning of and then nuke it when you want to eat it...that's what I do.
