    Protein Shot

    Today on Groupon, there is a deal for Protein to go Protein shots. Although I most likely will not by them, the idea is interesting. Sometimes I don't feel like drinking a full size shake, but a quick shot of extra protein would be nice. These particular shots have 28g. Does anyone have any recipes on making protein shots? I would think trying to mix Nitrean with 5oz of water would make more of a pudding than a drink.

    I do not, however a can of tunafish has roughly that much protein and is a quick fix.

    i heard those shots are garbage. the main ingredient i believe is collagen protein... thats like the protein from hair and fingernails.. someone told me a while ago that its just garbage. Stick to isolate.

    Thanks guys!!! I mixed some Nitrean with 5oz of water yesterday and it wasn't too bad nor was it too filling.
