    9/28/12 Squat training

I was able to train with my buddies today thankfully, before I move next week, it's been a personal struggle in the past few weeks for me. I am however happy to be back training. I realized today I definately dont have much interest in being a full meet guy. I hate squatting heavy and all the gear and trying to hit depth. I will prob keep with push/pull. Again like I said my mental state is not the best right now. With that said, here was my training for the day.

RAW all squat to low 12 inch box
    145 X 10
    235 X 10
    325 X 5
    SINGLE PLY BRIEFS
    415 X 2
SUIT bottoms single ply very loose suit, little to no support
    505 x 1
    505 x 3
    505 x 2
briefs only long pause box squats
    415 3 sets of 3

    Reverse Hyper
    185 4 sets of 12

    Sit ups on GHR
    4 X 15
