    1/14/13 Raw Bench work and some shirted work

    I added my Phenom into my training today first day bAck in it since mid Novemeber, NO SPOTTERS and crappy gym bench wasnt a real pretty deal so I canned it with shirt work early.

    Thanks Adrian I never use the ram or slingshot I wanna start incorporating it in training. I have saw many of you having great success with it and my next meet will not be till May as of now. I may get 35 pounds out of one as of now.

    585 x 1 I WANTED TO HIT A TRIPLE BUT BARELY GOT ONE, DUE TO MY GRIP AND HAVING NO HAND CHALK IN MY BAG OR OUR GYM. This was the beginning of me torturing my self for having the grip issues.

    I only took 30 second rest intervals between pulls. After roughly 40 sets of deads I called it a day....
