Thanks Brian and Adrian. Yeah bench is going well. I am looking to add SOME DIRECT shoulder work into my routine however but gym time is limited with my crazy work schedule and the deadlift "GOD ONLY KNOWS" I am gonna plug away with reps one week from floor and the following week heavy rack pulls, more shrugs and neck work.

I have got a little behind on my log due to crazy work schedule. I had a long exhausting work week and kept the day simple. My log will be more detailed soon as I start some meet prep.

    225 x 10
    275 x 10
    295 x 8

    Decline bb close grip bench

    315 x 10
    365 x 8

    Flat bench bb(ultra wide grip)
    225 3 sets of 15
