    I see you pull very closely to your squat, have you been emphasizing the back or the legs more since the year started?

    Thanks alot Scott!!! Since the beginning of the year i've been working with Tone Barbaccio and he's got me following the Prilepin Chart for all 3 lifts. It's simple and IMO it works. Other then that, I really haven't done anything specific to target my squat.

    Not really, I try and train each lift the same and not focus on just one lift. As long as my squat goes up, my deadlift goes up.
