    Squats felt good, wanted a double but they threw the hooks under after one and i just couldnt hold my breath that long, if i let it go i just crumble... the GHR's were set so that my shins were on the pad so it was really like a natural GHR with a foot plate, SO FUCKING HARD

    Band crunches: 2 sets of 10
    Kaz presses: 95 2 sets of failure


    smoked... i like days like these, everything was super strict with no touch and no lockout, tension stayed on the muscle...
    I also didnt count reps as they dont matter, im going for failure not a number
