The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Home Basement Gym Air Advice

I built a little gym in my basement a while ago. There are no windows, no real ventilation and it's finished. The air is stale and musty (not HORRIBLE, but enough that I don't like doing cardio down there, I feel weird about breathing the air in). I have a dehumidifier down there and 2 "air purifiers", I put it in quotes because they seem to work more like fans that circulate the musty air than air purifiers. For those of you with basement gyms, what do you do to clean and freshen the air? I don't have money to go buy some crazy system, maybe some unit that's under $200 or so if it comes to that. Any advice is appreciated.

I did last summer, the dehumidifier broke down and no one noticed for a like a week and it was during that really hot month, but we replaced it. I spent a good week getting every nook and cranny of the walls, corners and furniture with a bleach concoction or other mold removers on nonbleachable areas, power washed the carpet multiple times, threw out furniture that couldn't be treated, etc. The dehumidifier has kept the place nice and dry though, I haven't noticed any mold creeping back in since I cleaned the place.

For me and my basement gym, I have an air-exchanger (came with the house) To add one to yours would be a bit pricey I guess. Is there any way for you to make a window?
