    CrossFit 2012 Games Competitor Jaime Gold's Training Log

    AtLarge Nutrition athlete Jaime Gold will be chronicling her training leading up to the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games on AtLarge's Blog (and we will have links to it on the AtLarge Facebook page).

    Updates will be bi-weekly and will include the entire week's programming. You will get to see EVERYTHING Jaime does in her preparation!

    Cool workouts... does she have any contests coming up? I would be curious to see how/if training changes to prepare for an event.

    She looks strong. I'm always impressed with the competitors at the Crossfit games.

    Well, perhaps . Some of them do, but they stick to the powerlifting section more.

    Hell no, especially the bear complex one. A woman doing a triple bear with 135 is ridiculous.
