I ran out of whey yesterday and I remembered my friend gave me a tub of soy protein cos he said it tasted like crap. I can stomach it but had left it alone due to the estrogen malarkey...now if I only use it for before bed will it be ok as I read it only raises estrogen when taken in large doses so 30g okay ?Plus if i take it with semi skimmed milk will that not help with slowing the release of aminos ?? I dont mind the taste I`ll just chug it down, but I obviously dont want any more estrogen I already have a wee bit of gyno since I was 14-15.
