    Tom most definitely doing the XPC Semis in October. I am doing a bench meet at the end of this month, an I am looking to do a raw meet maybe in Dec.

    Today was a great day for me, I wasnt feeling my best and I was a little tired and aggravated but in the end I hit a big PR. I knew around 585 I was gonna have a run at my old one (665) so I made a couple of weird jumps, but thats how I like to do it and I walked away with a 20 lbs PR. Thats always a good day!
