done, gf's birthday was yesterday so I had to bounce before she pulled a Larana on me. Good workout, I had to lay on the ground and puke a bit after the good mornings. If I ever get all this fluid out of my lungs I think I can really start pushing things harder. Right now getting a good breath is very hard. Its getting better, just got to keep plugging away at it.

I have fluid coming out of my lungs still from pneumonia and drainage coming form my sinuses so everything is stuck in my throat, not good.
I have been battling the same thing since worlds. I got sick 2 days before the meet and suffered bad during the meet. The cough never went away and i was coughing til i gagged and lost my voice 2 days ago. My doc put me on 4 different meds including a narcotic syrup, claritin D, a short cycle of prednisone and benzonatate pearls. It is starting to help a good bit already and im able to train through it. You need to get some medical attention if you have not already, i just went to the urgent care clinic.
Ive been in the er twice. Im just took some over the counter stuff thats actually helping (mucinex liquid), its just its all draining. I also have the narcotic syrup, I finally broke down and took some more of it. I dont like taking it because I cant really function on it but I had to. A power nap and I feel a million times better now.
Glad to hear you have some meds in your system. Try the claritin D if you havn't yet, you can buy it OTC it seems to have really done a good job at drying out my nose/sinuses. Up until now i have had a constant tickling postnasal drip that causes alot of the coughing fits.
Im going to pick some up.
