    Me Bench. Went in the shirt two weeks in a row the other week so it messed up the rotation a bit but after last nights shirt work, Im back on schedule.

    squat night. This is the first of a 3 week loading phase going into the meet.

    while debating about doing the meet it gets full so no meet in December. I have one picked out first of the year in January thats local by then I should be back to 100%

    pin one against 200lbs of band, worked up to 405*10

    quad work and abs and done. Still have a ton of fluid in my lungs and it kills me while training but Im getting better. Looking forward to pulling monday.

    tried to do 20 reps with 3 plates, realized after rep 5 something in my hip is jacked up, so I stopped had a plate taken off while I stood there ended up with 14 reps blacked out, threw up and got up and finished

    done, gf's birthday was yesterday so I had to bounce before she pulled a Larana on me. Good workout, I had to lay on the ground and puke a bit after the good mornings. If I ever get all this fluid out of my lungs I think I can really start pushing things harder. Right now getting a good breath is very hard. Its getting better, just got to keep plugging away at it.

    got sick again, yay fuck me, so I forgot the rest

    I have fluid coming out of my lungs still from pneumonia and drainage coming form my sinuses so everything is stuck in my throat, not good.

    I have been battling the same thing since worlds. I got sick 2 days before the meet and suffered bad during the meet. The cough never went away and i was coughing til i gagged and lost my voice 2 days ago. My doc put me on 4 different meds including a narcotic syrup, claritin D, a short cycle of prednisone and benzonatate pearls. It is starting to help a good bit already and im able to train through it. You need to get some medical attention if you have not already, i just went to the urgent care clinic.

    Ive been in the er twice. Im just took some over the counter stuff thats actually helping (mucinex liquid), its just its all draining. I also have the narcotic syrup, I finally broke down and took some more of it. I dont like taking it because I cant really function on it but I had to. A power nap and I feel a million times better now.

    Glad to hear you have some meds in your system. Try the claritin D if you havn't yet, you can buy it OTC it seems to have really done a good job at drying out my nose/sinuses. Up until now i have had a constant tickling postnasal drip that causes alot of the coughing fits.

    worked up to a 505 parallel GCB good morning

    did 3 sets of 5 for speed pulls with 315 and some abs and called it a day. The whole gym is pretty much sick so those of us who trained just wanted to get a decent quick session in to do some work but not do to much
