I'm looking to lose some fat to expose the muscle i have gained through weight training. Whats the best way to go about losing this fat without losing the muscle aswell? I don't have access to a gym at the moment due to my work hours, but i can obviously still do cardio. Suggestions?
No gym will equal muscle loss. You can try doing bodyweight stuff, but if you've built a considerable amount of muscle through weight training, it will slowly dissapear.
The best way to maintain muscle while losing fat is to continue to lift heavy and manipulate calories so you drop weight slowly. Not lifting and increased cardio? Say goodbye to the muscle.
My advice would be not to try and lose any weight till you have access to a gym. Cardio+no lifting+cutting cals=massive muscle loss.
