I found this website back in July of 2007 when I first started lifting. I asked for help, shut my mouth, and listen to the advice I was given. In 10 days it will be 5 years since I've joined.
I was bored after work tonight and decided to put together a time line. Each year I've taken 1 picture, same pose/position (yes it's a terrible pose).
**It starts bottom left then moves right. Top row goes right to left, too.

#3: 2009: 160s (low end)
#4: 2010: 175-180
#5: 2010 (end of): 185
#6: 2011: 193
#7: 2012: 188
2010 to 2012s weight gain was in the legs. For 3 months in 2011 (Nov,Dev,Jan) I didn't go to the gym, lost all motivation and dropped to 180. Started back in March and up to 185-188 again. Next goal is 200!
