Only using boards for overload sets from now on. Switching from Single Ply to Multy Ply every other week while trying to push my raw work a little heavier each week. My injury is healed and my strength is coming back.

I lost the boards for the majority of the training to focuss more on my technique. I used to use them to concentrate on weeknesses but found my weakness to be my full range technique.
