    Saturdays Bench Session

    http://youtu.be/cM6ZU_EsiU8

Only using boards for overload sets from now on. Switching from Single Ply to Multy Ply every other week while trying to push my raw work a little heavier each week. My injury is healed and my strength is coming back.

Man! That was super impressive Rob. Those last two sets really popped up off the boards. Looking strong.

I lost the boards for the majority of the training to focuss more on my technique. I used to use them to concentrate on weeknesses but found my weakness to be my full range technique.
