    Box Squat Wide Stance Raw 4x2 245,335,445,550
    Jack Briefs 1x2 650
    Jack Suit 56 (big)242 no straps 1x2 750
    Straps up 1x1 850, 3x1 Reverse Mini Band 850
    Realized I really suck at settling into the box did some reverse minis to still get some work.
    Briefs 3x6 545,570,605
    Raw 1x20 255

    GHR + Hanging Abs 3x20each
