    Road to 2100 Pro Total

    Hey everyone, my name is Josh Weatherholtz. I'm 20 years old been lifting for a little over a year now. I have done 1 meet with 800 squat 530 bench and 600 deadlift 1930 elite total @ 237.2 btw. I train in Cookeville, TN in a garage. Some of my training partners are Pro lifter Jason Davis, Elite lifter Eli Prince, Elite lifter Mark Steel. I plan to lift in November in Gatlinburg, TN in the SPF Record Breakers meet hoping to total pro 2100 @242btw.

    Speed Squats with average bands pulling from the bottom and light bands pulling from the front of the mono

    thanks man I appreciate it and to be honest dude, not really, I'm 20 years old and I played basketball in high school. Started powerlifting about a year and a half ago and fell in love with it, just havin fun and bustin my ass!!
