I found this sight would be a good place to keep my log. Here I will be able to see where I began and where I am going. I have done two meets in Multiply and totalled Pro in both. Just started using tighter gear especially the shirt what a difference.

finally got into the 54 been wearing 56 Ace or Jack which are loose everywhere but the thighs. 54 is almost too tight on thighs but great in the hips I don't look like I am swimming in the 54. That was it for the day had to get to my tattoo session glad I trained and didn't skip.

Wasn't satisified had to be sure of the suit issue. So I put on the 56 Ace
3x1 495,585,675 all easy as hell to get into position. I was able to sit in the suit much better with a narrower stance (shins at hash mark). In the 54 I went extra wide being the only way to grab the bar but that also beat the shit out of my hips. So for anyone experience the same issue there you go. To miss today pissed me off. It has been taking me awhile to figure out what gear works. So experiencing all these misses and issues being a mid 7, maybe plus puller is frustrating. So I really liked how my last lift felt I will stick with the Ace next week and hope to do something serious. After going through this past few months I learned how gear should fit for me. I lost weight so a few months back that must have been the issue with the Ace as well it was too tight in the thighs. But now I am lighter the Ace fits right in the thighs how ever I like how the 54 fits the mid section and hips. So that's what I learned. Wish someone could have told me so.

First time in months being able to get to the bar pretty good. I lost 18lbs from my highest weight and now my 56 is easy to sit in for the sumo. I was 256 now I am 238 and feel great. I also have been hitting good weights after losing the weight. It is very hard to put on good weight fat ass doesn't cut it. So the loss is ok with me I think I still have some work to put in at 242 before committing to 275 class.
