    High squats jumping go call but not bad only have one back spotter so like I said I hesitated to really bury them but I am glad I handled some weight.

    Ace 56 3board 1x1 485, 2board 1x1 550, 2x0 600 was very happy even though I missed I smoked the first one but had a bad grip and wrist was bent so I dumped towards my face at the very top of the lift second one I dumped towards the stomach. I like my new stance so thats good. Also my forearms are so inflammed from the squat session Saturday.

    That's how bad the forearms were it was easier to just do real light and super high reps anything with weight was unbearable

    645 was smoked but felt a twinge so took 725 slow, I was fine, so I passed on hitting 800 and went with the sure lift, I hit 750 went for a 2nd rep but was out of starting position so bailed half way up.
