I've decided instead of having several giant posts to cover last year, I'll just post the last couple of months. It will keep you from being bored to tears.

Somewhere along the line, I decided to try 5/3/1 for sohp and bench press. I'm still making progress, so I'm sticking with it.

Thanks, Off Road. Snowing in your area? We've got a bucket load of rain yesterday and today.

I was hoping for a 700# squat, as well, last year, but it didn't happen. This year's goals - 700# squat, 350 bench and drop my bf%/weight down to the 240 range.

No snow, we're too low. Just rain and wind.

A 700 lb squat is a huge goal. Good luck.

Great to see you setting up a journal. Your squat is already something to be proud of, but 700 is a great goal. Best of luck!

Thanks. I'm not sure if I'll make it, but I'll give it my best. 7 plates a side (675) is the first goal, then, hopefully, bigger and better.

Mr. Trout is that a raw squat goal or an equiped squat goal?

Usually, my left elbow bothers me the most. A couple of weeks ago, doing skull crushers, my right elbow started hurting and continues to do so. Next week is a light week, so hopefully, it will get some rest.
