The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    one year anniversary

OK guys a year ago I started this bbing stuff so decided to really humble myself and post my progress pix. Remember my user name is not just self-deprecation but pretty much fact. Anyway my current stats are:

    Age: 42
    Weight: 146
    ht: 5' 7"
    BF: 13%

I haven't been taking measurements but I'm going to start. I know I have a long way to go but this is a start. Any comments or advice are welcome.

    Nice progress, Runt.

Looks like you're doing a lot of the right things.

You look like you're fairly lean naturally, despite the incipient potbelly that you've now banished; the next step (if you wanna be bigger...) is probably to look at diet a little more closely and try and get more quality protein into your diet so the muscles you've put on can grow even more. Lots of good advice on this board for that ....

Thanks Callahan! I'm doing exactly what you suggest. Thanks to this site I've change my routine to a HIT program, stopped all cardio and I've gone on an "uberbulk". I'm trying to get 185 gs of good protien a day with plenty of good carbs and some of the good fat too. I have to start keeping nutrition records too so I know that I'm getting enough calories.

    Good progress!

My before belly is very similar to yours.

If and when I reach the "after" I'll elaborate with pics

    Keep up the good work.

No worries, mate... put some more beef on your upper body, and if you happen to accrue a little more weight around your middle it won't be as noticeable.
