I have never had this. I have a strong digestive system, and this has never been a problem for me.

I drink my protein shaked during the day while I am at work and fart in my cubicle all day. No one has said anything yet, so hopefully no one has noticed. I have not been able to take anything to stop the farting and to be honest, I don't really care...

Yeah, sorry. I didn't mean to be self-congratulatory, but I find it interesting that some people don't get the gas commonly associated with high-protein or high-dairy diets. I don't know why this should be. Bacteria? enzymes? Who knows...

I bet it smells like peaches.

Yeah protein does = gas. But it is natural and not a huge problem for me so I don't do anything special.

Try switching up protein. I went from Body Farts (the crap at Walmart) to a higher end stuff (Nitrean) and I am not farting as nearly as much and I am consuming more protein.

And to those that say no one notices when you fart, I betcha they do. We have problems at work with people farting in their cubicle, and the people won't complain to the farter. Instead, they complain to management.

I have my own office (more like a cave really) so when I go to town, I'm safe as can be.

Nothing gives me gas like a glass of milk. (am mildly lactose intolerant but the way I see it, a room full of gas outweighs the negatives)
me: so this is the "pump" you speak of
me: I could never figure out what people were talking about
