    405 Incline Press x 4

    A couple reps off a pr but I'll take it!! Need to control the weight a bit better as well.

    Whoever said "Good things come to those who wait" couldn't have amounted to much. If you want it get off your lazy ass and get it!!

    Strong Presses J. How often are you throwing heavy inclines into the mix?
    Best Raw Lifts:
    Squat: 650bs without knee wraps
    Bench: 455 in a contest
    Deadlift: 705

    I try to throw them in every 4(ish) weeks. It really depends what I'm trying to do though. The new bench plan starts in a couple weeks.

    Well after talking with Ryan Kennelly and Donnie Thompson, I'll be doing lots of close grip work with bands/reverse bands and slingshots adding boards every other week. And of course, triceps triceps triceps!!!

    I like CG work with reverse bands. Really makes you push through that ROM. You do volume i.e. 5x3 on those or just top sets?

    It really depends how I'm feeling and whether or not I'm going over 90%. Though I do prefer to get in a good amount of volume most of the time..
