    I've actually heard a story behind this picture.

    The guy's only just recovered from knee surgery following a tour in afghanistan.

    Only been able to train upper body till recently.

    So I've heard, anyway.

    regardless of the picture, I find if people are to skip a day (not on this forum so much) it tends to be leg day.
