    600 x 3 Raw squat

Strength is starting to come back. Not what I had hoped for but I'm happy to be squatting over 600 for now.

Strong work! Looks like you might be losing some tightness in the hole on the squat reps. When I've had that start happening I focus on trying to bend the bar around my neck. It makes you keep the head back, chest up and tightens the upper back. This also keeps the hips down and in a better power groove. DLs look great to me!

I'm actually just having a hard time flexing my abdomen against the belt for more than a few seconds at a time. Just have to keep working and get my core strength back up. No weak links!!

Weakest person on the forum, and my bench is higher than my squat.
