    Thanks man! I hadn't had progress with bench in years (aside from shirted) and started seeing gains when I included some Westside movements in my routine. I've been kicking myself for having resisted it for so long! The Slingshot is awesome. I had a Titan Ram, but sold it after I had a few sessions in the Slingshot.

    The 8 reps with the COC #2 was a PR ... previous best was 7. I've been backing off on grippers lately, but staying consistent, just less frequent. Kinda surprised at the progress.

    I wanted to get 200 today on the adjustable thickbar, and came pretty close to a lockout. Added 5lbs. to prevent the mental thing with 200 and came close again. By the time I tried the horseshoe, my hands were hurting and I had a lot of trouble trying to sweep it, then just stopped.

    The DU attempt was for a cert. today. Even though I got it to 25 deg., it stopped cold ... there was not going to be any more movement. Pretty happy with the progress on this bar, as a few months back, I barely got a few degrees with it. At this point, I think a 425-430 bar would fall; the 445 is pretty brutal!

    The grade 8 was a PR today, bent with single Ironmind wraps. The forearms are pretty fried right now, but I plan on making another double underhand attempt at the N x 7" (445lb.) bar soon. It was great to finally take down the LP00 after some recent trouble with it.

    Squats felt shaky today. The briefs I've mainly been wearing (Titan Centurion single-ply) are getting pretty stretched out. They're going on-and-off in less than 5 seconds. The Hub felt great though! I did 55 with both hands and was able to pause at the top.

    I was able to stand up with the 200 today on the adjustable thickbar. It wasn't to a complete lockout (shoulders not all the way back), but the plates were well off the ground. Right after this, I tried 60lbs. again on the Hub. To date, I've only been able to move it slightly across the ground. I tried it with my right hand and got the same thing. Then, I tried it with my left hand and finally broke the ground with it! It went up a few inches, then I lost it.

    The 350 bench was an all-time PR, and something I've been after for 20 years! Right after that, I hit another PR (rep) with 275. The 350 almost didn't happen because the rack height was two slots too high. But I went for it because I was so amped up and didn't want to lose that mentality.
