I have been working out for a month and a half, went from 150 to 160 lbs and recently began having rather severe night sweats.
My diet consists of:
2 eggs, yogurt in the morning
two pb&j's for lunch
snacking on trailmix
bagel and cream cheese
rice and chicken or fish for dinner
BSN true mass strawberry shake w/ oats through out the day
I take a couple papaya extract lozenges after meal/shakes to help digestion as well.
Hopefully some of you may be knowledgeable enough to know whats going on?
