    Training has been going well. Will post a few videos which have some of the highlights...

    Beltless Squatting 230kg (506lbs) x 3 reps

    Squatting 240kg (529lbs) x 4 reps

    Squatting 250kg (550lbs) x 2 reps - and starting commentating my vids...

    Benching 145kg (319lbs) x 2 reps (touch an go) - in amongst other work in this vid

    Deadlifting 280kg (617lbs) for a single (although was after a double). Gym PB an in a very fatigued state so know more is there.

    I have some big goals for the meet (IPF Raw Worlds - 14th June) and looking to open with
    Squat 255kg (562lbs)
    Bench 145kg (319lbs)
    Deadlift 270kg (595lbs)

    One final training left tonight then openers Saturday before I fly to Russia. Should be good. The two days off between today an Saturday will be my first time having two days off in a row since my last meet on 27th April. Will feel super recovered.
