    Uncle Sam Cereal

    Thought that I saw something about this before on the board, but maybe not. This stuff is great! Tastes like puffed wheat.
    Whole wheat kernels, Whole Flaxseed, Barley malt, Salt, niacin, Thiamin, mononitrate (b1), Riboflavin (B2)

    190 calories
    5g fat
    0.5g sat fat
    38g carbs (less than 1g sugar)
    7g protein

    It's on sale here for about $2 us/box. Anyone else had this cereal or anyone know of any problems with it before I go out and buy 5 or 6 boxes?
    Now in pain, only working out the walking sticks.

    It was a staple of my diet for a while

    Now, I alternate between it and Kashi GoLean for variety.

    But, it's ace! It has flaxseeds
