    Ma bench

    plz look in mah journal and in ma thread in diet and tell me what you think is wrong cuz currently dead and squat are doing ok but bench is sucking anbd even going down

    ok... my bench isn`t progressing while squats and deadlifts are.
    in fact my bench was weaker this week than the last or the one before that

    You aren't even benching foo. Do they not have a bench at that piece of crap gym? Switch over to BB bench.

    I don't have a spotter when I bench either, hehe. Just do what you know you can handle.

    I can usually do 1 rep before complete failure...but that's just what I do...works fine for me.

    What's stupid? Why do you need to train to failure? training to Failure on every set, every time you workout is counterproductive in my opinion. I never train to failure and my bench has skyrocket. Most Big benchers don't train to failure, especially on every set.

    ive never trained that wasn`t to failure....

    neway my bench sucked even worse today... 26 k dumbs for 3 reps....
