Starting a new bench program this week. I've been planning it for a while but had to wait until after the Pull For Pups to start it. I'll be benching 3x week.
Mon: Bands - 10 sets, IBP - 5 sets
Wed: chains - 10 sets, CGBP - 5 sets
Fri: straight weight - 10 sets, floor press - 5 sets
I'll throw in assistance work if I can move. I'll still squat on Tue and DL Thur. I'll do this for a month and switch to a DL program. I'll alternate month to month until my push/pull in May.
Week 1, Day 1 BANDS:
Bar - 3x20
Red short mini and black short monster mini (w/ bar weight and tension = 205-210)
