Had a decent bench day today. Should've been better but I'm starting to feel like I may need to back it down here a but until Nov 3 when I do my push/pull test at Jakked. I've been going full throttle for about two months and just training by how my strength is feeling, which means WAY TOO MANY max out days. Then with hitting heavy triceps and OHP during the week, I feel like I'm overtraining a bit and my bench is stalling out. My elbows were just shot to shit today. Gonna back it down for the next two weeks on upper body work and just do DE stuff until I go for a new max in Nov. Still gonna crush DL though on Friday! So today I hit singles to 95%, hit my 5x5 at 75% and finished with DE work at 45%.
