    Journey to a 242 Elite Total

    Training Log as I prepare to hit Elite at 242.
    Recently competed at the SPF Pro-Am where I went 9 for 9 with 730,430,600..1760, weighing 234.4
    Next meet looks like the SPF Ironman, where I look to hit 1900.
    My squat and deadlift have come along very well, my bench is lagging.
    Always looking for comments and critics.
