    Ok... so, what you're saying, is I should eat nothing, then sprint in the evenings?

    Thats gonna be a viable way to live life isn't it...

    You can do it before your first meal. Sleep is technically a fast. I would eat 10 g of BCAAs before the HIIT.
    Move heavy weight, eat, sleep, repeat.

    Don't have time to read the article at the moment, but came in to agree with the thread title. I've done fasted HIIT with only BCAA in me many times and I agree it can greatly aid in fatloss. But for me the catch-22 is having the ability to recover and/or not get injured when implementing it on top of training deep into a diet.
